Easter

I have some pretty fond memories of easter. Most of the time we were in FL because it was spring break and my grandparents lived there.....so we visited them every year. It was a pretty big deal to get a new dress/hat/and gloves and show everyone at church>O) Don't forget the easter bunny coming and bringing a basket full of goodies and those super fun easter egg hunts. Oh, and coloring easter eggs. Good times!

But, despite all that stuff obviously the real reason we are celebrating is the resurrection of our Lord. Anyone can die on a cross, but only Jesus conquered death. Thank goodness He did, because without Him I wouldn't have life. .........and am anxiously awaiting His return. Thank you Lord for all of your Blessings on our lives and thank you for dying and suffering on the cross for me. He has RISEN !!!!!
