plaza de españa

So, I´ve seen post-cards of the plaza with water and boats under the bridges and I wondered if there would ever be water again. When I came to study abroad here in 2002 there was not water......and A can´t even remember the last time he saw water. How long has this construction been going on?????

So, it´s finally over and there is water under the bridge folks. Cant wait to take a ride in the boat when the line isn´t forever long!!!!!!
