pet peeve

So, I´m looking for tkts. to come home for X mas. I went into a few travel stores today and one lady really ticked me off. I went up to her desk and was in mid sentence and the phone rang. So, she didn´t say ¨excuse me¨ or ¨just one sec¨ she just cut me off and started jabbing away. HOW FREAKING RUDE!!!!!!!!! Gosh, I must get better service calling than actually coming in person. So, I got up and left because I was mad. I mean seriously. rude.
