we all made it back in one piece. summer always goes by too fast and i can´t believe it´s over already! thanks to all our friends and family who came out to see us and made nora´s first USA summer so much fun.

nora did great on the flight. we didn´t leave until five pm so i thought she would surely sleep most of the way since she usually goes to bed at seven. ya, not so much. she only slept an hour! she was really good though. crazy kids.

i´d also like to mention that just because i have a kid it doesn´t mean that crying babies don´t annoy the CRAP out of me, because they certainly do. two rows up there was i´d say a one year old girl who pretty much cried the whole time. this is when i´d like to be shot by a dart gun in the middle of my forehead. but, this comes along with the territory when you have kids. what are you going to do, throw her out the window?

i also hate flying. guess i didn´t choose my mate too wisely location wise. it´s hot, smelly, cramped and just too dang long. you´d think since we are in 2010 planes would be much more comfortable and they´d have like babysitters on an upstairs wing in the back. lets get with the program guys!

it´s freaking hot here and i am holed up in the house with AC.
